WHAT IS A LIMITED EDITION?

A limited series of a particular print. Limited editions are fixed in quantity, meaning we will only produce a certain number.

HOW WILL MY PRINT BE FRAMED?

Framing options vary for each piece and are listed within individual product pages. All pieces are framed with UV art glass. Please notice: since framed artworks get easily damaged during shipping we have chosen not to ship them. However, framed artworks can be picked up in Amsterdam.

ARE THE ARTISTS INVOLVED IN PRODUCTION?

We work directly with the artists to create editions that accurately relate to their artworks in the AkzoNobel Art Collection. Additionally, each artist personally reviews and approves their final edition.

HOW DO I KNOW MY EDITION IS AUTHENTIC?

Each edition comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. Additionally every edition will be signed, marked, or numbered on the edition itself.

IF I BUY AN EDITION, DO I OWN THE COPYRIGHT

The copyright is not transferred to the purchaser of the edition.

WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS GO TO?

Good to know: the AkzoNobel Art Foundation does not earn from selling these artwork editions. The proceeds go to the artist and the performing party: We Like Art.
